Muttiah Muralitharan
Muralitharan is the sri lankan bowler and the number one bowler in the world. Who was the rated the number one bowler in the test match. He retired from test cricket in 2010 registrating his 800th test and the final wicket on 22 july 2010 from hid final ball in the last test match . Murlitharan holds the record from the most wicket in both test and one day cricket. In 2017, he became the included the hall of famer .Murlitharan took the wicket of gautuam ghambir on 5 february 2009 from colombo to surpass Waseem Akram ODI record 502 wickets. He becmame the highest wicket taker in test cricket when the overtook the previous record holder Shane warne on december 2007.In february 2009 after becoming cricketer highest wicket taker in both forms of the game muttiyahtharan hinnted the the retire at the conclusion of the world cup 2011.

Muralitharan's career was beset by controversy over his bowling action for much of his international career. Due to an unusual hyperextension of his congenitally bent arm during delivery, his bowling action was called into question on a number of occasions by umpires and sections of the cricket community. After biomechanical analysis under simulated playing conditions, Muralitharan's action was cleared by the International Cricket Council, first in 1996 and again in 1999.[ Former Australian Test player Bruce Yardley, who himself was an off spinner in his day, was assigned with the task of ensuring Muralitharan bowled all his deliveries with the same vigour as he would do so in match conditions when tested in 2004.[13] Muralitharan had not commenced bowling the doosra at this time.
